Conveniently located inside the new Terminal 3, the hotel is just a short walk to the departure gates for boarding. The hotel is accessible to travelers from the International Wing Terminal 3 as well as the Domestic Wing Terminal 3.

Kindly note that the guest must have a departure flight from Terminal 3 to stay at the hotel. The maximum length of stay for any guest cannot exceed 24 hours and hence the hotel would be able to provide a room only 24 hours prior to the guest's flight. Please note that once the guest checks-in to the hotel, they are not allowed to leave the hotel premises.

Guests are advised to mention their flight details while making the reservation for a smooth check-in and check-out. Please call the hotel for escorting assistant to the hotel post security checks at the airport. Passengers taking an onward Intl flight are requested to book their room in the Intl wing and those taking an onward Dom flight are requested to book their room in Dom wing.

  • · New Delhi airport Transit Hotel provides accommodation and additional hotel services for passengers taking any onward flight from New Delhi International Airport Terminal 3.
  • Accurate Flight Details (Arrival and Departure) are mandatory; failing which hotel cannot guarantee the reservation.
  • Maximum duration of stay should be within 24 hours.
  • Passenger on transit within Terminal 3 can access the hotel 24 hour prior to the flight departure.
  • A valid onward flight ticket is mandatory to access Domestic Wing.
  • Passenger can access the hotel only with hand luggage after security scanning. Luggage for check-in can be safely stored in the hotel luggage room after security scanning.

  • New Airport Transit Hotel provides accommodation and additional hotel services for passengers taking any onward flight from New Delhi International Airport Terminal 3.
  • Accurate Flight Details (Arrival and Departure) are mandatory; failing which hotel cannot guarantee the reservation.
  • At the origin destination, check-in luggage should be tagged through for the next international flight. Passengers will not have access to their checked-in luggage at Terminal 3, IGI airport.
  • Checked-in luggage transfer is responsibility of the respective airlines and information regarding the same can be obtained at the International Transfer Desk. Passenger can access the hotel with hand luggage after security check.
  • A valid International Airline Boarding Pass for onward journey is mandatory to access the International Wing.
  • INDIAN VISA is not a prerequisite for passenger coming from an International Destination transiting through Delhi to next International Destination. .
  • The International Wing is located at on the 5th Floor accessible from the International Retail area. Transit Passengers can access our hotel after crossing the International Transfer desk followed by security check.
  • Maximum duration of stay should be within 24 hours.
  • Guest cannot exit the airport terminal after check in however will have access to the International departure retail area.
  • Guest arriving by an International Flight and further taking a Domestic Flight from Terminal 3 shall be accommodated at the Land Side Wing / Domestic Wing.

  • No Show Policy:
  • No shows amounting to the original stay charge (including taxes) will be charged for any reservation not claimed 60 minutes after guest's flight arrival or 15 minutes after the arrival time as advised by guest while making the reservation.
